An incredible lady with an incredible story. Confident, strong, full of belief and not one to shy away from a challenge. Some 5 years ago Lizi experienced an incredibly unfortunate accident which completely changed her life in an instant. As a result Lizi battled day to day activities which she'd have previously done without a blink of the eye and physical and cognitive fatigue simply never went away. Through Lizi's sheer determination to lead the life that she previously had and to get back to doing the things she so very much enjoyed, Lizi insisted she would not take no for an answer. So here she stands some 5 years later with the most incredible smile. We had the pleasure of meeting Lizi some 12 months ago when she pledged her wishes to get strong and improve in all areas of fitness. To say she's excelled simply wouldn't do Lizi justice. Grit, determination and the most incredible smile see Lizi continue to hit personal bests, try new exercises and improve week upon week. From walking through the doors for the first time to flying up the stairs to this very day and asking for more session upon session, we simply couldn't be prouder.
